Chocolate Tart

Chocolate lover ! Here's another recipe for you ! Minimum ingredients, maximum indulgence. :D My friends and I love it so much, and we wanna make it again !

Preparation time : 1 hour to 1 and a half hour
Serves : 12

Ingredients :
(Crust)
8 tbs melted butter
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups flour

(Filling)
1 cup cook chocolate
4 tbs butter
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Crust :

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
2. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and salt together in a bowl.
3. Add flour into the mixture. Mix it until a soft dough is formed.

4. Add dough to the buttered mold and wrap it with plastic wrap. Rest the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
5. Prick the dough with fork to create some tiny holes to let the air out and bake for 20-25 minutes !
6. Remove the crust and cool for the next step. :)

Filling :

1. Add chocolate and butter in a bowl, set aside.

2. Combine cream, sugar and salt in a pan under low heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Then let it simmer for another 4 minutes.

3. Pour cream mixture to the bowl (the one with chocolate and butter). Let it sit for around 4-5 minutes. To give time for the butter and chocolate to melt by itself. Stir until smooth.

4. Pour the ganache into the tart shell.

5. Refrigerate and you are done !

Good luck and enjoy ! :)

Lily
