Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe! :D

Hello everyone! Apparently, I have been craving for chocolate cakes and found one simple chocolate lava cake recipe. And it looks awesomely interesting. Since I have all the ingredients at home, I decided to give it a try. It turns out all good and tasty. *Almost similar to those lava cake in dessert shop. Heh* My friends love them. :) So, today I will be sharing the recipe of heavenly chocolate lava cake. Have fun!

Preparation time: 25 minutes
Cooking time    : 10 - 15 minutes
Serves 2

Ingredients:

4 tbsp butter (60g)

1/3 cup chocolate chips (80g) *if you are using baking chocolate bars, cut into small equal pieces
1 large egg
1 large egg yolk
2 tbsp white sugar / organic sugar (30g)
1 tbsp all purpose flour (15g)
1 tsp cocoa powder (5g)
pinch of salt

Methods:

1. Preheat oven at 230
° C / 450° F.

2. Butter the ramekins.

3. Melt chocolate chips and butter using double broiler. Stir constantly.
* If you are not sure of how to use double broiler, can search it on Youtube. :)

4. Mix egg, egg yolk and white sugar into a separate bowl until the sugar dissolves. Leave aside.

5. Back to the chocolate and butter. Remove the mixture from double broiler once it is melted.

6. Stir the melted chocolate and butter into the egg mixture until it is combined.

7. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and pinch of salt. Fold using spatula until it is combined.

8. Spoon the mixture into buttered ramekins. Place them into oven at 230° C / 450° F for about 10 - 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it, at the same time, start getting excited for it!! :DDD

9. Remove the ramekins from oven. I know it's hard to wait but let it cool down for few minutes.

10. Jeng Jenggggg! Look at the Awesomely Heavenly Sinful Lava Cake!! You will definitely love it! Best to serve warm. Enjoy.
